Dr. Avram S. Berger is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who has been in private practice in Torrington, Connecticut, since 1971. He brings his experience and expertise to the UConn School of Dental Medicine, where he provides clinical oversight to both residents and students.
Prior to joining the UConn School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Berger taught at the New York University School of Dentistry and the Boston University School of Dental Medicine, holding the title of clinical assistant professor at both institutions. He also maintains appointments at both the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital and the UConn John Dempsey Hospital.
