Dr. Marilyn Katz is originally from Northern New Hampshire and came to Connecticut after completing her Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.  She taught high school chemistry, physics, biology and AP physics in Connecticut for one year before starting medical school at the University of Connecticut.  She completed medical school in 2009 and her Internal Medicine Residency training, with a focus in Primary Care, in 2012. 

She joined the clinical and teaching faculty at UConn Health in 2012 and has a primary care practice in Farmington in addition to teaching in both the medical school and internal medicine residency.
