Dr. O’Grady is an applied social psychologist and health services researcher interested in making science-based improvements in the addiction treatment system of care by developing and implementing: new service models, integrated care, technology, and data-driven quality improvement practices. Dr. O’Grady draws from a variety of disciplines in her work such as implementation science, psychology, information technology, organizational science, addiction science, and public health. She has also studied social-contextual factors related to alcohol use among young adults.
